Our staff consists of ETDP certified facilitators, assessors and moderators, of which all of them have demonstrated success in training, skills development and practical training.

LOCATION OF TRAINING

Irrespective of whether training is required on-site or off-site, we are equipped to provide a superior level of training.

On-site training can be conducted at the convenience of your business’ location.

Off-site training are offered at conference centres at exclusive discounted rates to ensure the minimum cost to you as a customer. Off-site training is the ideal selection as this provides the opportunity to the learner to focus on the training, rather than the duties at the workplace.

On-line training via an electronic training platform is also available for short courses.

TRAINING MATERIAL

Our company provides all relevant training material to the enrolled delegates to ensure a successful transfer of knowledge – not only during the facilitation of training, but also for future reference.

Training material consists of, but are not limited to:

  • Slide show presentations during facilitation
  • Tailor-made training manuals inclusive of examples
  • Attendance registers
  • Certificates of attendance (where training is attendance based)
  • Certificates of performance (where training is outcome based)
  • Extensive feedback reports from learners on the training quality
  • Conclusion report to your business on training

As a business you may select between the following types of training:

  • Outcome-based training where assessments are completed at the end of the training, upon which certificates of performance can be issued, or
  • Attendance based, where the attendance register serves as indication of the delegates attendance and certificates of attendance are issued.
SCOPE OF TRAINING

Our skilled training facilitators have verified practical experience in both IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) for Small Medium Enterprises, as well as IPSAS (International Public Sector Accounting Standards), related to public sector entities, municipalities and departments.

As a customer, you have the opportunity to select certain aspects of training, or selective reporting standards. The training will not only be theoretical in nature, but will also include practical and illustrative examples applicable to the relevant subject training.

Not only is the training focussed on the theory or examples in the training material, but also on challenges that learners may face in their workplace. This provides the learner not only with average training existing in the market, but how they can improve their duties at the workplace. The learner is therefore also encouraged to practically participate during the training session and makes training an enjoyable experience.

We make use of a sliding scale, based on the number of delegates as a basis for your quotation, as well as variable aspects which you require.

Aspects which are considered for the quotation, includes the following:

  • Location of the training (off-site or on-site);
  • Extent of training material that is required (outcome-based or attendance-based)
  • Duration of training
  • Number of delegates for whom training is required
  • Variable costs (travel costs, venue costs where applicable)
